Certified Lactation Consultants:
Cat Halek IBCLC (Certified Lactation Consultant), an infant feeding specialist who believes families who are informed and confident in their feeding choices will make will make the world a healthier place for all of us. Although specialized in breastfeeding, Cat has had experience and training in proper formula feeding and mixed feeding (combination breastfeeding and other feeding methods). All parents and babies deserve to have expert support throughout their child's first year no matter their situation. Her favorite part of counseling families is seeing them be confident and thrive.
Blue Moon Birth doula clients get $50 off their initial consultation with Cat. Normally $150, our clients only pay $100.
Our doulas provide breastfeeding support to all birthing couples. For those families that need extra support or are having infant feeding challenges, Blue Moon Birth works closely with Certified Lactation Consultants in the area to help each family thrive.
